Beach Colony offers beautiful sugar white sand and crystal clear emerald green waters. This is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation. The condominium, completed in 2003, features 1800 square feet of spacious living area. In a recent survey, The University of Maryland listed Navarre Beach as one of the top 10 beaches in the US. This is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation. Navarre Beach is surrounded by Florida State Parks encompassing 15 miles of beaches and undisturbed sand dunes. All rooms in the condo are furnished with beautiful top of the line solid mahogany and teak furniture. This condo sleeps up to 8 people (1 king, 2 queens and 1 queen sleeper). The fully equipped kitchen and dining area have seating for 10 people. The condo is equipped with TV's and DVD players in the living room and every bedroom.
